Billing questions
When does my subscription renew?
Monthly subscriptions renew on the same day each month. Annual subscriptions renew once per year. You'll receive an email receipt from Stripe before each charge.
What is the Founders Lifetime plan?
A one-time payment that gives you permanent Pro-level access with no monthly fees, ever. This is a launch offer for early adopters. Once the spots are gone, it's gone. The price will not come back.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Hobbyist at $190/yr (save $38) and Pro at $490/yr (save $98). Select Annual in the billing toggle above. Annual plans are billed upfront and renew once per year.
What happens if I cancel?
You retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. The Founders Lifetime plan is non-cancellable (permanent access, one-time payment).
Can I get a refund?
See our Refund Policy. We honour all rights under Australian Consumer Law. For subscription billing errors, contact us within 7 days and we'll issue a full refund.
Is GST included?
Yes. All prices shown include Australian GST (10%). Your Stripe receipt will show the GST component separately.
How do I manage my subscription?
Log in and click "Billing" in your dashboard header. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can update payment details, view invoices, and cancel. Founders Lifetime members do not have a subscription to manage, access is permanent.
